This machine can be divided into two types of categories:

Batch T-Type High Shear Mixer

All T-type batch mixers are individually built & constructed specially to suit each customer’s requirements.
The mixer is designed & built to the highest possible engineering standard.
These machines are designed to be maintained & serviced in place wherever possible.
This Batch High Shear Mixer is used for applications where just mixing is not sufficient & additional dispersing, fine distribution of solids & liquids, emulsifying, and disintegration are necessary.
This type of machine fulfils the highest requirement for challenging production processes.

M-Type Multipurpose High Shear Mixer

Each machine employs a special interchangeable rotor/stator mixing head, which allows it to be used in a wide range of different products.
Just with the use of one machine a variety of products and volumes can be treated with the most suitable work head tools.
It has a hydraulic type and a pneumatic type arrangement for swift up & down movement.
This option significantly increases the flexibility of these mixers, allowing them to move from vessel to vessel and to be smoothly raised and lowered during the operation.

How It Works?

Nandodyne Inline mixer has powerful suction which forces liquid and solid materials upwards from the bottom of the vessel and into the centre of the work head. The stator and rotor create a centrifugal force which drives material towards the periphery of the work head where they are subjected to a milling action. The material expelled from the head goes toward the side of the mixing vessel, at the same time fresh material is continually drawn into the work head maintaining the mixing cycle. This way it gives the expected result in a shorter time.

Product Specification

Material of Construction: All wetted parts are in ss 316 stainless steel. Special materials are available as per the customer’s requirements.

Bushing Material: The bushing is usually bronze alloy or PTFE depending on the application.

Motors: A standard motor of standard speed is provided, explosive motor and stainless steel motor are available on request.

Mounting: In the M-type model, the motor is mounted on a hydraulic stand. In the B-type model, the circular flange is mounted on the vessel, or it may require vessel mounting.

Sealing: Usually single or double mechanical sealing systems are available as per liquid or the customer’s requirements.

Interchange Mixing Head

General Purpose

The most versatile of all the heads that exceptionally enables vigorous mixing. And it’s ideal for general mixing applications and disintegrating solids.

Slotted Head

Specifically for the disintegration of fibrous material such as animal and vegetable tissue, rubber, polymer, etc.

Rectangle Hole

The high shear screen provides a high shear rate, reduces particle size rapidly and is used for the preparation of emulsions and suspensions.

Circular Hole

Suitable for emulsion screen and ensures preparation of liquid or liquid base.
